Making Air Cargo Appealing to Young Talent.

Founder of CargoHR, Olga Romanova, is thrilled to share the remarkable progress made by the IATA’s FACE group following our workshop at the IATA WCS in Istanbul in April 2023.

Over the few months after the World Cargo Symposium, a team of young air cargo professionals, all under 36, collaborated on IATA’s White Paper. These collective efforts aimed at amplifying the voices and expectations of young professionals within the air cargo industry.

Key Focus Areas in the White Paper.

  • Purpose: Unveiling the driving force behind our collective aspirations.
  • Learning and Development: Nurturing growth and continuous improvement.
  • Benefits and Perks: Advocating for comprehensive and progressive professional rewards.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Promoting a culture of belonging for everyone. Connection and Community: Fostering meaningful relationships and networks.

Below, you can find an external link that will lead you to the full white paper published on the official homepage of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). We are sharing it here, so prepare a cup of coffee/tea and enjoy your reading.
