About Founder
Olga Romanova is the founder of CargoHR and before establishing her own company, Olga worked for such names Logistics as DB Schenker, Turkish Cargo and DHL Group. During her 10+ years of experience she covered extensive area of responsibilities in the fields of air cargo operations including sales, corporate branding & marketing, project management, complaint management, staff training as well as digitalization.
Olga holds a Master’s degree in Strategic HR Management as well as numerous Cargo Certificates issued by International Air Transport Association (IATA) & Turkish Airlines aviation academy.
Additionally, Olga is a member of IATA’s Future Air Cargo Executives Program (FACE) which aims to attract, retain, and develop a bright and diverse pool of individuals under 36 to prepare them to become the next generation leaders in the industry.
While Olga’s mother tongues are Russian and Latvian, she speaks English fluently, has business German, and is learning Turkish.
