As a Pilot Headhunter, you will:

• Source, engage, and recruit highly qualified pilots for the cargo and aviation industry.

• Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and aspirations.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver the best-fit candidates.

• Contribute to the growth of CargoHR by expanding our network of aviation professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in aviation recruitment or pilot placement is highly preferred.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

• Passion for the aviation industry and understanding of the air cargo sector is a plus.
